1. All goods ordered for purchase remain the property
of Wed in Style until paid for in full.
2. In the event of a cancellation of order within 7 days
of the date of order, the part payment will be detained,
after 7 days the customer will be liable for the full balance.
3. 50% of the purchase price is required before ordering.
4. The outstanding balance must be paid within 2 weeks
of notification that your order has arrived in the shop.
Interest will be charged at a daily rate of 1% until the
balance is paid in full.
5. Dresses will only be taken out of storage for a pre-arranged
collection or for fittings.
6. Items sold on sale are sold subject to the conditions
of the items at the time of purchase. No refund or exchange
will be made as a result of that condition. (Your garment
may be faulty, soiled or damaged).
7. Sale goods and goods in stock are not subject to cancellation
once part payment is paid. The balance is due within 30
days of contract; customers that do not pay on time will
be charged interest at a daily rate of 1% until the balance
is paid for in full.
8. Alterations are not undertaken by Wed in Style but
a service may be available by an independent outside source
and will be charged by the seamstress separately. This will
be an agreement between the seamstress and the customer,
entirely independent from Wed in Style who will not be held
responsible. No alterations may be undertaken until the
goods are paid for in full.
9. Should you require an alteration service, fitting will
be by appointment only. 1 hour allowed for 1st fitting,
late arrival will reduce the time allocated for you. An
estimate for the cost of any alteration work will be given
at this time.
10. A maximum of two persons are permitted to attend a
brides fitting. No children under the age of 16 years.
11. Bridal shoes and underwear must be worn on fittings.
12. Sizes are ordered at the customers own risk, please
check they are correct, as they cannot be reordered, Wed
in Style will not be held responsible for any customer whose
size changes after ordering their dress, as the manufacturers
will not accept cancellations once the order has been processed.
13. Colours and trimmings may differ and are ordered at
the customers own risk.
14. The customer must inspect and try on the goods before
finally leaving the premises; Wed in Style will not be held
responsible for any defects or damage to goods claimed later.
15. No goods are to be removed from the premises until
paid for in full.
16. In the event of the customer not informing us of a
change of contact address, telephone number or moving house
or job, and whose balance is overdue by three months without
contact, Wed in Style has the right to return the goods
to stock for re-sale. The customer will then forfeit all
monies paid as well as the goods.
